Good candidates go unread when your recruiters run out of time, not out of care.
We screen every CV against the role, rank the whole inbox with reasoning your recruiter can check line by line — nobody auto-rejected, every call still theirs.
Reasoning tied to page 1, line 3 of the CV.
One CV, start to finish. Scroll to watch it move.
Same candidate, same live vacancy, all the way through — this is the actual shape of what lands in front of your recruiter.
Forwarded automatically the moment it arrived. Nothing uploaded, nothing sent by you.
Checked field by field against what this vacancy actually needs — not a generic template.
Scored 92/100 — SMSTS certified, 6 years commercial fit-out, right-to-work stated. Reasoning cited to page 1 of the CV.
Nothing sent, nothing decided. Every candidate visible — your recruiter makes the call.
Every recruiter knows a good CV is sitting unread somewhere in the inbox right now.
This isn't a discipline problem. Your recruiters already know they should screen every CV properly. There simply isn't time between calls to do it.
Screening becomes a keyword skim
A recruiter running 40+ live vacancies can't read every CV properly. With hundreds landing a week, screening turns into a scan for the right words — which means strong candidates get missed and weak ones get through, depending entirely on how busy that day was.
Time-to-fill slips while CVs sit unread
Every day a strong candidate goes unnoticed is a day a competitor agency might place them first — or the client fills the role elsewhere. Screening speed is placement speed.
It's a time gap, not a skill gap
The recruiter isn't missing the skill to screen well — they're missing the hours. And in a small specialist candidate pool, missing a strong candidate costs future pipeline, not just this placement.
It's the same CV inbox every day, and it's always screened at whatever quality the workload that day allows.
Follow one CV through the system, start to finish
No jargon, no dashboard screenshots that mean nothing out of context — just what actually happens, in order, using the same example candidate throughout.
CVs arrive automatically — nothing for you to send
Setup is one forwarding rule, or our address added alongside yours on a job ad. A copy of the CVs you're already getting lands with us the moment they arrive — nothing to upload, nothing to send.
Every CV is checked against exactly what the role needs
Experience, qualifications, certificates, right to work if stated, location, salary expectation — matched against the role brief, not a generic template. Every candidate appears in the shortlist, ranked, with the exact line from their CV that supports where they landed. Nobody is quietly dropped.
Your recruiter gets a shortlist to review, not a decision
The ranked list, with reasoning, lands wherever's easiest for your recruiter to check. They accept it, overrule it, or ignore it entirely — the shortlist is a starting point, never a verdict.
No candidate is ever rejected, filtered, or contacted without a recruiter looking at them first.
Every CV appears in the shortlist — ranked, never removed — for your recruiter to accept or overrule. We never contact a candidate or client directly, at any stage, and we never make the hiring call.
We never touch your ATS — or your spreadsheet
Whether you run Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, or a spreadsheet-and-inbox setup — we sit entirely alongside it. We don't connect to it, write to it, or need access to it at all.
Nothing in your existing system changes. CVs reach us automatically — you set up one forwarding rule, or add our address alongside yours on a job ad, and a copy of what you're already receiving lands with us the moment it arrives. Nothing to upload, nothing to send. What we find goes to a screen your recruiter checks. Your recruiter is always the one who updates the ATS or the spreadsheet. If you ever stopped using us, nothing about your day-to-day systems would need to change.
One thing, done properly. Your recruiter stays in control of it.
Every CV, against the role brief
Experience, qualifications, certifications, right to work if stated, location, salary expectation — matched against what that specific vacancy needs, not a generic template.
A shortlist with reasoning, not a black-box score
Every candidate is ranked with the exact CV line behind the decision. Nobody is auto-rejected — a weak match still appears, clearly marked, so your recruiter can overrule it.
A shortlist to check, never a decision made for them
Your recruiter reviews every candidate before anyone is contacted or progressed. Nothing is sent, filtered, or actioned without them.
You stay in control of the data. We never decide who's in or out.
Your agency owns and controls all candidate and client data — we only handle it the way you've told us to. CV and candidate data counts as personal data under UK data protection law, and we treat it with the same care. We do store what we need to run the product — CVs and the shortlist — because that's how the screening and the audit trail work. That storage is time-boxed, access-controlled, and provably deletable, on request or at the end of the contract. We don't make hiring decisions, and we don't contact your candidates or clients directly. Everything we produce is checked by a recruiter first.
A clear written agreement
A plain-English agreement, in place before any CV reaches us, setting out exactly what data we receive, what we do with it, how long we keep it, and that we delete it on request or when the contract ends.
Nothing used to train AI models
CVs are processed through Anthropic's commercial API — never used to train models, and automatically deleted from their systems within 30 days. We'll move to a stricter zero-retention agreement as we grow.
No candidate is ever auto-rejected
Every CV appears in the shortlist, ranked with visible reasoning — never quietly filtered out. Your recruiter sees everyone and makes every call. We never make a hiring or rejection decision.
A full record of who did what
Every CV received, every ranking produced, and every decision your recruiter makes is logged. If you ever need to know who saw what and when, there's a clear answer.
A one-page note on our data handling
A simple note showing exactly what data comes to us, where it's held, and how it's deleted — available whenever you'd like to see it.
